Rock your socks for World Down Syndrome Day - March 21 - Bring in $1 and have sock feet in the classroom only for the day.
rock your socks tuesday, march 21, 2023. Every year onMarch 21, people all around the world come together to celebrate World Down Syndrome Day by wearing brightly colored mismateched socks. Why March 21? People with Down Syndrome have 3 copies of their 21st chromosome. Why socks? In a karyotype (close up pic of chromosomes), the chromosomes kind of look like socks.
Students, enjoy your day off tomorrow! Teachers, see you in the morning! ☺️
