TGS was fortunate to have Margaret Holloway, former educator & administrator, parent coach, and founder of AgapeMe, present this week at the Quarterly Parent Workshop. Mrs. Holloway's consulting agency focuses on a mission of "Partnering with families to raise good humans," and in that vein, she delivered an informative and interactive presentation on Parenting with a Growth Mindset complete with handouts and recommended resources. Parents were introduced to the difference between a fixed mindset and a growth mindset, and discussed neuroplasticity, managing emotions, perseverance, and more.
