PreK parents, please remember that tomorrow is our first PACT Time of the 2023-24 school year! If you're unfamiliar this event, here are some details:
PACT Time, Parent and Child Together (PACT) Time® supports the strengthening of emotional bonds as parents and children work and play alongside one another. PACT Time in the classroom is an important way for parents to practice the skills and strategies they have learned while participating in Parent Time during family literacy programming. Through participation in classroom PACT Time, parents gain an understanding of how children develop and learn. Additionally, they gain insights into their own children’s strengths, interests, and needs.
For tomorrow's session, our Instructional Coach, Mrs. Tonn, will share a presentation on The Joys of Literacy in Play. The schedule will be 12:15 - 12:45 in the Media Center with Mrs. Tonn and then in the classroom with your child from 12:45 - 1:15. If you're not able to attend, we will make the presentation available for you.
